Puymangou is a mansion which belonged to historical family.
The 15th century manor was extended on 17th century as a classical little chateau by Roger Bouchard d'Esparbes d'Aubeterre, Comte de Lussan,
son of Marechal d'Aubeterre, who installed magnificent stone fireplaces.
There are two possibilities for accomodation :
1/ for 7 people plus a baby :
- a large bedroom with a double bed ;
- a large bedroom with a double bed (or two single beds);
- a little twin bedroom ;
- a little bedroom with a single bed ;
- two bathrooms, with every modern convenience: double lavabos and WC, one with tub, the other with shower. Towels and sheets are provided;
- the kitchen is fully equipped ;
- a dining room ;
- a living room ;
- a game room ;
- an office ;
- a large room at first floor with stone staircase and monumental chimney (TV room).
2/ for 10 people including a baby, addition of a large bedroom (monumental chimney) with a double bed, a bathroom, a dressing room and WC (additional charge).
The 8 acres garden offers you the pleasure of silence and nature :
- a private closed pool 6m x 9m, with stairs ;
- a ping pong table ;
- a barbecue ;
- a swing.
We accept pets (maximum 2) if they are well trained and after informations about them.
You are the only persons on the site.
